This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by ELM Agency.

  • All payments made for services are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the specified service timeframe.
  • Refunds are applicable only if services are not delivered as agreed or canceled due to valid reasons.
  • Once a service has been initiated or completed, refunds may not be applicable.
  • Booking or appointment fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider.
  • ELM Agency reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.
  • Any transaction or processing charges levied by payment gateways may be deducted from refunds.
